FESY Youth Inspiration Dialogues, a dynamic monthly event aimed at inspiring, informing, and empowering Rwanda’s youth. With 78% of the population under 35 and youth unemployment still a pressing concern, this initiative seeks to connect young people with opportunity providers and offer valuable mentorship.

Event Structure

• Entertainment Segment: The event starts with vibrant performances from young comedians and musicians, energizing the audience.
• Panelist Discussion: Experts from financial institutions, NGOs, and government ministries will share insights on opportunities in entrepreneurship, education, and skill development, with a Q&A session to engage the audience.
• Mentorship and Coaching: One-on-one mentorship sessions will offer personalized guidance, helping youth refine their ideas and pursue new opportunities.
